End-User License Agreement and Privacy Policy:

1 - Terms of use: This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and hereby the user disclaims all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the developer be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

2 - Privacy: The software does not collect any personal or technical information from your device and it does not track your activity while you are using the app. By using the software, you consent to this privacy policy.

3 - Files and Functionality: The installation files are stored on your device to allow basic functionality of this software, but there are no cookies, trackers or logs generated by the software. The App does not connect to the Internet or Cloud, so there is no connection or permission necessary.

4 - Policy updates: Changes may be made to this agreement as software functionality is expanded, so please check back on this page as any and all updates will be posted here.

5 - Prohibited uses: You are prohibited from using this software: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) for any obscene or immoral purpose. The developer reserves the right to terminate your use of the software for violating any of the prohibited uses.

6 - Intellectual property rights: This license does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by the developer, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with the developer. Your use of the software grants you no right to reproduce or otherwise claim ownership of this software or its content.
